The art of MeritAmun

Ok here it goes. While Embrace Me is gaining quite some popularity all over the place, we are naturally working on more stuff. Like Harahkte envisioning a to be published novel and me finding out that the Embrace Me universe is just… so much more than I thought it would be. More then I can pack into the current story. Embrace Me now isn’t a standalone book anymore but more a part in a series that spins in my head and spawns more ideas by the day.Embrace Me should be Embrace Me: The Nights of Valmere.But while I flesh out characters and bounce ideas off Harahkte and Sekhet it just keeps my creative mind in overdrive. The rogue deserves his own book, he has become so much more than just a gapfilling action providing nuisance! Dalzalar and his Sire’s family is much more than just loyal watchdogs. Vasili and Lerania have so much more to them than we can portrait in one book. Even Arien is more than one can think at the current time in the story.So what can be done to portrait them all as they deserve to be portrayed? There will be more books, there will be more art. But I wish to open the Embrace Me universe to others. Around X-Mas this year until around February next year we will have a contest with “amazon.com/uk/ wherever the winner is from and the nearest amazon is at for them” giftcards. The exact details of the contest are not worked out yet but to be announced very soon. If people have interest they can take up roles in Valmere: there will be a roleplay forum where people can actively get into the story, special characters or events might even find their way into the books at one point or another. Every character might even get a free character art by me. It is all plans right now, but I do love feedback. So comment on this page! I will open accounts for those that are interested, throw me a short mail to admin@meritamun.com and I will preregister an account for the willing, those accounts will give access to other parts of the website that will only be available to community members.
