New layout
I got so totally frustrated with the tiny banner on the old layout, so here is a new one with a custom graphic, which I plan on changing again soon 
I will have to mess around a while until I find something I want to stick to, also I am going to make the whole layout a little less superdark one of these days… got too much to do as it is
