Dreamhost… needs a name change, I suggest Nightmarehost
Before I was with my current host I had an account with dreamhost. Not only was their service the worst I had ever experienced, with downtimes of several hours ever day during the month I was with them. They claim to have 90 days money back so when I finally had enough of their half assed excuses and being insulted by another user in words I won’t even bother to write up here, I packed my stuff and left, telling the customer service that I was done and wanted my money back. They gave me the link to the cancellation which then stated I was getting my 300 something bucks back. I did get them back too, and for me the case was closed… well apparently today they decided to try and bill the 300 they gave back again sending me some threats to pay up. That is seriously funny stuff. I am going to give them 24 hours to clean up this mess before I drag the case to my attorney, because I’ve had it with dreamhost and their horrible practices. I would not even suggest my worst enemy to sign up with that horrible company. Make sure that before you sign up with a host you read their status blog. In other words, dreamhost really sucks!
